Aspens Charities is seeking caring, reliable and enthusiastic Support Workers to join our Outreach team in West Sussex, providing person-centred support to two gentlemen with autism and learning disabilities.

You'll assist with personal care, meals, household tasks, appointments and community access, with full training and ongoing support provided.

Flexible shifts include 20 hours per week, with potential for split hours or relief work.
