We are seeking an ambitious Chef Supervisor to join our team and become a driving force behind an exceptional school catering facility! This isn’t just cooking; it’s a chance to use your flair and originality to elevate the entire dining experience and help establish this as one of the best school catering offers in the region! You’ll be a key player, assisting with both the operations excellence and financial performance of your kitchen.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with the managing and improving all controllable costs, including stock, food and labour.
- Supervise, coach, train and inspire your kitchen team to deliver excellence every day.
- Oversee menu development and drive sales through exciting monthly promotions and added-value events.
- Guarantee all standards, systems and essential legislation are met.
We’re looking for a passionate, hands-on Chef Supervisor ready to take ownership of the kitchen’s day-to-day success. If you’re a dynamic chef who thrives on leading by example and driving standards, you’ll need:
