Catering Assistant (with Driving) responsible for supporting the kitchen, delivering meals between schools, and delivering friendly service during the lunchtime rush.
Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction: working on the tills during service (full training provided)
- Front‑Line Service: provide friendly, polite service to students and staff
- Essential Support: assist with basic food preparation
- Maintaining Standards: ensure a safe, clean kitchen and Health and Safety compliance
- Delivery: safely delivering meals between schools
Qualifications and Requirements
- Previous catering or fast-paced service experience
- Basic knowledge of health and safety practices
- Food Hygiene Level 2 is desirable but not essential (training provided)
- Full UK driving licence
- Contract and Hours
- Monday to Friday during school term time
- 10 hours per week
