We\'re seeking an ambitious Chef Supervisor to join our team and become a driving force behind an exceptional school catering facility. You\'ll be a key player, assisting with both operations excellence and the financial performance of your kitchen.
Responsibilities
- Assist with managing and improving controllable costs, including stock, food and labour.
- Supervise, coach, train and inspire your kitchen team to deliver excellence every day.
- Oversee menu development and drive sales through monthly promotions and added-value events.
- Guarantee all standards, systems and essential legislation are met.
- Take ownership of the kitchen\'s day-to-day operations in collaboration with the team.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Hands-on excellence: craft skills with a genuine commitment to using fresh ingredients to deliver exceptional quality food.
- Motivational leader: proven supervisory experience; ability to coach, motivate and inspire to develop a high-performing team.
- Safety focus: excellent knowledge of health and safety practices.

- You\'ll work Monday to Friday during school term time β no late nights, no weekends and no working at Christmas.
- 40 hours per week
- 36 weeks per year
- Salary: Β£24,360 per annum
