Overview
As a Catering Assistant, you will support the team in basic food preparation and provide excellent service to both students and staff.
Responsibilities
- Working on the tills during service (full training will be provided)
- Cleaning duties within the kitchen
- Ensuring Health & safety compliance is met
- Providing a friendly and polite customer service for all
Requirements / Skills
- Previous catering experience
- You\’ve worked as part of a team before in a fast-paced environment
- You have your Food Hygiene level 2 (preferred, but not essential as training will be given)
- You have basic knowledge of health and safety practices

Start dates, hours and salary
- Firstly, we offer fantastic hours. You\’ll work Monday to Friday during school term time, meaning more time with friends and family and no working at Christmas!
- 16 hours per week, with no late nights
- Working 38 weeks per year based around term time
- £12.21 per hour
