Responsibilities
- Preparation of the menu, using the recipes provided
- Ensuring Food Hygiene, Allergen and Health and Safety compliance
- The production of Hospitality as per the client's requests
- Building relationships with both the client and customers
- Providing a friendly and polite customer service experience for all
Qualifications
- Ideally, you will have some knowledge of education catering, having used fresh ingredients and possess excellent craft skills
- You have Food Hygiene level 2 (further training will be available)
- You have excellent knowledge of health and safety practices
- You're self-motivated, able to use your initiative, have a desire to learn and achieve, whilst motivating others
