Role/Job Title: Support Worker
Location: Saxby Lane, Lingfield â RH7 6DL
Contracted Hours of Work: up to 20 hours per week. Possible shifts include a combination of weekday evening shifts (MonâFri 15:45â21:45) with a desirable sleepâin shift on Wed, Thu or Fri (22:00â7:30). Wake shift starts 7:30â8:30 (meds training during induction).
Salary: ÂŁ12.80 per hour. Shift patterns will be discussed at interview.

Eligibility
The role is restricted to female applicants to respect the preferences of the residents at Saxby Lane, who are female and prefer female support staff for personal and intimate care.
Responsibilities
As a Support Worker, you will assist residents in their daily lives, including:
- Personal and assisted care for residents with learning disabilities and autism.
- Supporting lifeâskills such as cooking, homeâmaking, budgeting and attending appointments.
- Facilitating activities inside and outside the home, such as games nights, gym, bowling, swimming and creative pursuits like baking, painting and music.
- Promoting independence and ensuring residentsâ interests are met within the community.
- Collaboration with a strong and dedicated team to provide comprehensive support throughout the day.
