Location: ROSEWOOD Cornford Lane, Pembury, Kent
Hours: 1 full‑time (40 hrs/week) or 2 part‑time (20 hrs/week)
Shift pattern: Rolling 2‑week rota including early, late and weekend shifts.
Hourly rate: £13.32 per hour.
Driving licence: Full UK driving licence required; must be able to drive company vehicle.

Responsibilities
- Work closely with people with autism, learning and physical disabilities to support independence, self‑management and participation in everyday activities.
- Implement Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) strategies, including behavioural management plans, activity planning and de‑escalation techniques.
- Engage residents in a range of activities such as swimming, cycling, cooking, shopping and visiting local attractions.
- Support residents to develop independent living skills through regular supervision, feedback and coaching with the PBS team.
- Maintain accurate activity logs and behavioural data, and provide regular reports to your line manager and the Positive Behaviour Support Specialist.
- Attend scheduled training, including Nappi, L3 accredited PBS qualification and other professional development opportunities.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience working with people with learning disabilities and/or autism.
- Experience supporting individuals who may display behaviours of concern.
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors and with mobility aids.
- Resilient, proactive and willing to try new approaches.
- Register with a Level 3 PBS qualification, or intent to complete PBS qualifications (requires at least L2 English and Maths).
- Full UK driving licence and vehicle access.
- Good communication and team‑working skills.
