Our client in Redcar are looking for 3 Refuse Loaders.

Shifts: 7am - 4.45pm, Tuesday - Friday.

Immediate Start available.

Essential Requirements:

  • Familiar with working in the outside environment exposed to the elements.
  • Able to operate bin lift mechanism.
  • Able to communicate with colleagues and members of the public.
  • Able to use on board / hand held IT equipment efficiently.
  • A personality capable of good relationships with a broad range of contacts.
  • Willingness to be positive, with determination to achieve targets.
  • Ability to use initiative and positively represent the Council in this high profile role.
  • Good general education - literacy and numeracy.
  • Awareness of Health and Safety.
  • Flexible approach to work by responding to the needs of the services including, at times, requirements to work beyond normal working hours / work irregular hours occasionally.
