  • Working with customers, leaseholders and colleagues to support the development and achievement of strategic objectives
  • Assessing, recording and monitoring stock conditions relating to Social Housing (including the Decent Homes Standard, Housing Health and Safety Rating System - HHSRS surveys - and Energy Performance Certificates - EPC)
  • Reporting to an Asset Manager
