We are looking for a Caretaker to work within our busy Multi Storey Team in various high rise blocks across Gateshead. Must have caretaker / cleaning experience. Training / induction on the requirements of the role will be provided upon appointment. Post is initially until the end of June, but there may be a possibility of an extension to this contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cleaning to a set rota each day
- Carrying out building checks
- Repair reporting
- Anti Social Behaviour reporting
- Being the first point of contact within the block for residents, visitors and contractors
