Our client in the Durham area are looking for a Customer Services Assistant - Grade 5 (Customer Services and Call Centre).
Shift pattern: Monday - Friday 8.30 - 5
Main Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Providing first point of contact for enquiries (telephone and IT systems)
- Delivering reception and general admin support
- Triage and track progress of enquiries (email, telephone, webform)
