Our client based in the Durham are looking for a Fleet Hire Desk Assistant. This is a public facing administrator role.

The Role:

  • Assists the Fleet Services Operations Supervisor and the Fleet Business Manager
  • Ensuring hire contracts are provided to the correct requirements
  • Consulting with customers
  • Monitoring and management of vehicle assets

The Person:

  • NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration OR sufficient experience in a relevant field
  • Experience in Plant & Vehicle Hire or similar customer focused environment
  • Ability to work on a Fleet Management System or comparable operating system
  • Excellent computer skills, e.g. Microsoft Office
  • Great team working skills including communication and flexibility
