Our client within the Children's Social Care sector are looking for a Business Intelligence Officer to improve services in social care, early help and education. With a key focus on ensuring children and young people across the local area have the best possible opportunity to thrive.
About the role: The main objective of the role is to support the planning, development, improvement and implementation of business intelligence functions including: data collection, data analysis, performance monitoring/reporting, benchmarking, inspection, organisational strategy, business planning, consultation, research and needs analysis.
Key Responsibilities: Include but are not limited to:
- Establishing excellent relationships internally and externally to anticipate and respond to needs
- Effectively communicate performance information - verbal, written datasets, reports and/or presentations
- Assist with development of innovative KPIs
- Utilise a range of reporting tools
- Identify patterns, trends and data quality issues
- Manage your own work in line with team needs
