Role Overview
Work within a modern, state-of-the-art vehicle maintenance facility supporting Humberside Police operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect, service, maintain, and repair a wide range of light vehicles, plant, and specialist police vehicle equipment.
- Carry out mechanical and electrical repairs in a safe, efficient, and cost-effective manner.
- Maintain, install, and fit operational and specialist equipment to vehicles as required.
- Diagnose faults accurately and complete repairs in line with manufacturer and organisational standards.
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, servicing, and repairs.
- Work collaboratively with the Workshop Supervisor and wider team to support operational readiness.
