Your Impact
- La responsabilité technique des projets, en contact direct avec les clients externes pour la réalisation des projets.
- La Conception, planification, intégration, test et mise en service des solutions matérielles et logicielles sur les systèmes clients.
- Évaluation des spécifications contractuelles et définition des exigences du projet en collaboration avec le client, et communication de ces exigences aux autres services concernés.
- Conception de réseaux et de systèmes/applications.
- Installation, intégration et test du matériel, des logiciels et des systèmes pour les projets.
- Personnalisation de la configuration des systèmes, du matériel et du réseau en fonction des besoins du client.
- Support et assistance client conformément aux contrats de maintenance et de garantie.
- Support technique à la vente pour les applications de pointe de systèmes d'alimentation destinés aux systèmes de contrôle en temps réel, incluant les présentations commerciales et les démonstrations de produits.
- Participation à la création de supports de formation et de documentation de projet.
What You'll Need
- Baccalauréat en génie électrique, génie informatique, physique, génie des systèmes ou domaine connexe.
- Solide formation technique en automatisation et en informatique, avec au moins 8 ans d'expérience pertinente.
- Exigence linguistique: Français : A1 (Basique), Anglais : C1 (Avancé) le poste requiert des interactions avec des clients internationaux.
- Expérience des systèmes de contrôle des réseaux électriques (SCADA, EMS, GMS, DMS, OMS, DERMS) ou expérience en exploitation de réseaux électriques.
- Expérience dans un ou plusieurs des domaines suivants : réseaux électriques, exploitation/dispatching des réseaux électriques, systèmes de contrôle en temps réel, applications client/serveur, communications réseau, systèmes d'exploitation UNIX/Linux/Windows.
- Expérience en programmation et en Scripting (Python, C/C++).
- Expérience des bases de données (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra).
- Expérience des langages JSON et XML.
- Expérience des protocoles utilitaires courants (ICCP, DNP, MultiSpeak).
- Expérience des systèmes de contrôle OSI Monarch.
- Excellentes compétences organisationnelles, relationnelles et de leadership.
- Fort engagement à fournir un service client de qualité supérieure.
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément dans un environnement dynamique.
- Excellentes capacités d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes.
- Disponibilité pour des déplacements chez les clients, en France et à l'international.
