The Role
As Managing Director (Designate), you will oversee the day-to-day operations across the UK and European businesses, providing strategic guidance to the board while ensuring operational excellence. Your leadership will be pivotal in achieving New Pig’s mission and objectives. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing strategic plans and annual business goals.
- Directing and controlling the work and resources of the company and ensuring the recruitment and retention of the required numbers and types of well-motivated, trained and developed staff to achieve its mission and objectives.
- Fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Building strong relationships with key stakeholders, including key customers.
- Overseeing the recruitment and development of a motivated and high-performing team.
- Ensuring compliance with all statutory regulations and maintaining robust governance structures.
You will also champion research and development initiatives to keep New Pig at the forefront of the industry, delivering cutting-edge products and services.
