We are looking for an interim Chief People and Communications Officer on a 6-12 month interim basis to lead strategic people and communication priorities and support the HR, L&D, and Communication and Engagement functions. This is a time of significant change and we are looking for someone who can support public sector reform projects. We are keen to hear from people who can demonstrate a track record in delivering transformational change projects in a complex environment, ideally public sector.
In this role you will lead the people and communication functions drawing on extensive senior leadership experience in human resources and organisational development. You will be a Chartered Member of the CIPD and be able to demonstrate a strategic perspective as well as strong professional expertise within your own discipline.
