Aspen People is looking for a driven, people-focused Researcher to join our executive search team in Glasgow. This is a candidate-led role, where you’ll play a central part in identifying, engaging, and building connections with senior professionals, while supporting the full search lifecycle, from initial briefing through to successful placement.
You’ll work closely with colleagues and clients, combining structured research with a highly personal, relationship-driven approach. The Role
- You will be responsible for proactively identifying and engaging high-calibre candidates, matching them to live vacancies, and supporting Consultants and Directors throughout the full search lifecycle.
- You will also attend client briefing meetings, ensuring you have a clear understanding of each role and the type of candidate required to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and engage senior-level candidates across target markets.
- Match candidates to live executive vacancies and assess suitability.
- Attend client briefing meetings with clients and contribute to search strategy discussions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term candidate relationships.
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure accurate tracking throughout the process.
- Produce clear candidate summaries and support shortlist development.
- Coordinate key stages of the search process and ensure smooth delivery.
