The Role

Reporting to the Chief Executive and working closely with the Board of Trustees, this is a pivotal role with responsibility for the safe and effective delivery of all care and community services. Registration with NMC, SSSC or an equivalent health professional body and a Post Graduate level qualification (or equivalent experience) in a relevant field (health, social care, public health, community development or management) is essential, alongside in-depth knowledge of relevant legislation and care standards. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to lead clinical and care governance systems, develop and inspire high-performing teams, and deliver change in challenging environments. Above all, they will share a commitment to Erskine’s mission – ensuring that Veterans across Scotland have access to the quality care and community services they deserve.
