Aspen Medical is inviting expressions of interest from experienced Medical Operations Leads / Medical Project Managers for potential future deployed medical facility opportunities in Europe. These opportunities may suit professionals with experience leading medical teams in military, remote-site, humanitarian, emergency response, field hospital, occupational health, offshore or deployed healthcare environments.

Potential Responsibilities
  • Day-to-day coordination of deployed medical facility operations.
  • Workforce scheduling, duty rosters, leave cover and surge planning.
  • Operational readiness across clinic, ambulance and emergency response functions.
  • Coordination with Aspen leadership, prime contractor interfaces, client representatives and site stakeholders.
  • Incident reporting, operational documentation and readiness reporting.
  • Personnel credentialing, training and compliance record oversight.
  • SOP implementation, clinical governance support and quality assurance.
  • Equipment readiness, vehicle readiness, stock control and logistics coordination.
  • Site induction, safety briefings, drills and training.
  • Escalation of risks, incidents, capability gaps and resource constraints.
  • Mobilisation, demobilisation and operational transition support where required.
Essential Requirements
  • Background in healthcare operations, paramedicine, nursing, military medicine, emergency response, remote healthcare or medical project management.
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in deployed, remote, humanitarian, field hospital, defence contractor, offshore or emergency healthcare settings.
  • Understanding of clinical governance, operational reporting, incident management and readiness assurance.
  • Strong English communication, documentation and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to work in a deployed, multinational and operationally controlled environment.
  • Ability to complete background checks, medical fitness screening, security requirements and site access procedures.
Desirable Experience
  • Military medical leadership experience is desirable.
  • NATO, EU, UN, humanitarian, expeditionary or defence contractor experience would be advantageous, as would experience managing Role 1, field hospital, ambulance, occupational health, emergency response or remote healthcare contracts.
Eligibility

Due to anticipated operational and client requirements, applicants must be nationals of, or otherwise eligible for deployment from, EU countries, Norway or the United Kingdom.
