Who We Are Looking For
- You should have recent experience of cooking for large numbers in a commercial setting.
- You must have previously managed and motivated a catering team.
- You 27ll have experience of providing food for people with special dietary requirements.
- We 27d like someone who is flexible, who can work alternate weekends.
- An enhanced DBS check is required for this role.
- How You7ll Make a Difference
You 27ll be responsible for our residents B9 meal experience and running the nursing home A0s kitchen. Leading and supporting a team, you will:
- Designing a varied menu that reflects our residents B9 tastes and supports their nutritional needs.
- Ensuring mealtimes are always a high-quality experience.
- Maintaining the highest food standards.
- Supporting, training and directing the kitchen team
- Mentoring and motivating on quality, safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards.
- Assisting the Home Manager in developing and managing the budgetary, human and material resources within the department.
