About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join a growing team, ideally with experience working in the construction/renewables sectors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple jobs from start to finish and thrive under tight deadlines. You will be responsible for co-ordinating jobs for global blue-chip brands and local stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects end-to-end, from planning through to completion.
  • Coordinate scheduling, teams, contractors, and resources to meet completion deadlines.
  • Prioritise competing jobs effectively to ensure urgent tasks are completed on time.
  • Adapt quickly to emergencies or unexpected delays, keeping all projects on track.
  • Communicate proactively with clients and stakeholders to ensure transparency and satisfaction.
  • Identify risks and implement rapid solutions to maintain project timelines.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience managing multiple projects from planning to completion.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver jobs from start to finish successfully.
  • Strong organisational, time management and prioritisation skills.

  • Proficiency in project management software (Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar).
