Based in Tolleshunt Major near Maldon in Essex, my client seeks an additional Helpdesk Support Engineer to join their small, professional team.
Role:
- To provide technical support to a growing number of customers via telephone and remote access
- To provide technical support and updates on MS Windows
- Identify and resolve Bluetooth communication issues
- Identify and resolve WIFI issues
- To provide PC support and PC fix
- To learn about the full product range (training given)
- To learn about the company's own tailored software (training given)
Required:
- Previous PC / Technical Support experience
- A driving licence due to company location
- Excellent telephone manner / communication skills
- The desire to learn about a unique product range and associated software
- Willingness to work as a key member of a small but growing team
