The opportunity Are you an experienced Administrator seeking an opportunity within a dynamic and exciting family business? We are seeking an energetic and engaging HR Administrator to provide day to day administrative support to the HR team and contribute to the smooth running of the HR Department to ensure that office systems are maintained and relevant to current needs. The Role Support the HR team with Employee records management, including employee files, onboarding and offboarding information and other relevant documents Support the Employee Relations Manager (ERM) with absence filing & tracking Assist in maintaining and updating accurate employee records on the HRIS and extranet in accordance with GDPR To support Recruitment Advisor with short listing of applications via job boards and careers email Collate and issue welcome packs to new starters. Filing & tracking of new starter documentation Send out probation review paperwork Support in preparation of annual review documents To support ERM and House Manager with tasks relating to our staff welfare, gifting policy & long service scheme. To support the ERM on Wellness Club tasks Process reference requests in a timely manner. To support the HR team with raising Purchase Orders To submit expenses and other personal administration within allocated deadlines. At all times, respect and follow the employment laws relating to staffing, health & safety in the workplace and the company’s duty of care to their employees Provide project management support and to work on other HR projects as and when required Deal with enquiries from employees and outside contacts Actively contribute to improving both the department’s and organisation’s performance Why You’ll Love us A highly competitive salary Hours of work – Part time 25 hours.
