Are you passionate about fragrance? We are seeking an engaging and passionate Full-time Fragrance Sales Consultant to join Boots, Gateshead, Metrocentre. In this role, you will contribute to the success of the store through excellent product knowledge, teamwork, and delivering outstanding customer service. Your efforts will promote, enhance, and maintain the company's image and reputation among customers.
Key Responsibilities and Standards:
- Sell fragrance and beauty products to meet retail sales targets set by the company.
- Develop comprehensive product knowledge across various brands.
- Achieve sales targets and deliver a complete brand experience.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring traffic stopping interactions.
- Communicate relevant information to the Line Manager as needed.
- Maintain company standards, including excellent grooming at all times.
Job Requirements:
- Previous sales experience in a similar industry with sales targets.

- Flexibility to work weekends.
- Full-time position: 37.5 hours across a seven-day rota, including weekends.
- Commission based on personal sales performance.
- Product allocation after a qualifying period.
- Life assurance after a qualifying period and enrollment in the Workplace Pension scheme, as applicable.
