Fragrance Sales Consultant

We are seeking an engaging and passionate part-time Fragrance Sales Consultant to work at Boots, Glasgow Fort. In this role, you will contribute to the success of the store through excellent product knowledge, teamwork, and outstanding customer service. Your responsibilities include promoting, enhancing, and maintaining the company\’s image and reputation with customers.

Key Responsibilities and Standards

• Sell fragrance and beauty products to meet individual and store sales targets set by the company.
• Develop comprehensive product knowledge across various brands you will be working with.
• Achieve sales targets and deliver a complete brand experience.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring traffic-stopping engagement.
• Communicate relevant information to the Line Manager as required.
• Maintain company standards, including excellent grooming at all times.

Job Requirements

• Previous sales experience in a similar industry with sales targets.
• A passion for fragrance, beauty, and luxury brands (previous experience preferred).
• Flexibility to work weekends.
• Part-time role: 4 days a week (30 hours) on a rota that includes weekends.
• Commission based on personal sales.
• Product allocation after a qualifying period.
• Life assurance after a qualifying period and enrollment in workplace pension scheme as applicable.

Competitive salary plus commission.
