Primary Objectives and Main Role

Do you have at least three years’ PR experience in the fragrance and beauty industry?

At Aspects Beauty, we’re looking for an energetic and engaging Assistant PR & Influencer Manager who is ready for their next challenge and wants to be part of something truly special.

You’ll already have established strong relationships with key media and influencers and be excited to grow them further while working across some of the industry’s most exciting brands.

From global icons such as Versace and Moschino to niche fragrance houses including Jeroboam and Widian, alongside leading suncare brands COOLA and Sun Bum, you’ll play a key role in bringing our brand stories to life.

About The Role

As part of our close-knit PR team, no two days are ever the same.

You’ll work collaboratively to plan, execute and report on PR and influencer campaigns, bringing creativity, initiative and fresh ideas to every project.

  • Acting as the voice of our exceptional portfolio of brands, building awareness and excitement through strong partnerships with retailers, media, publications and influencers.
  • Building new relationships with journalists, content creators and influencers, while nurturing and growing existing media contacts.
  • Developing and delivering integrated PR and influencer plans that align with business priorities and brand positioning across consumer, trade and retail channels.
  • Identifying and responding to cultural moments, trends and performance insights, adapting plans to maximise opportunities and keeping stakeholders informed.
  • Securing high-quality coverage across print, digital and social media through your established network and proactive outreach.
  • Creating compelling stories and press opportunities beyond product launches to keep our brands front of mind throughout the year.
  • Building strong relationships with brand owners and their PR teams, ensuring plans are communicated, approved and delivered to the highest standard.
  • Monitoring, measuring and reporting on campaign performance, using insights to continually refine and optimise future activity.
