About the Role: This is a full-time, office-based role in Chessington, Surrey. As Facilities Management Business Development Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving growth across FM and managed property services. You’ll identify, engage, and secure high-value clients, including tier‑one FM providers, managing agents, and multi‑site property clients. Owning the full sales cycle, from lead generation and pitching through to negotiation and onboarding. You’ll work closely with operational teams to ensure commercially sound, deliverable contracts and long‑term client relationships.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and execute targeted business development strategies aligned to company growth objectives
  • Proactively build and manage a strong pipeline across commercial and industrial FM sectors
  • Lead client acquisition from first contact to contract award, with a focus on quality, value, and longevity
  • Win, manage, and expand key accounts, positioning Aspect as a trusted FM partner
  • Provide regular insight and reporting on pipeline activity and results
  • Collaborate closely with delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding and sustained client satisfaction

About You:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in business development, ideally within FM, property management, maintenance, or trade services
  • Proven success securing and developing major / key accounts; experience working with tier‑one FM providers or managing agents is highly desirable
  • Strong commercial judgement with excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship‑building skills
  • Highly organised, self‑motivated, and driven to exceed targets
  • Strategic, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a fast‑paced growth environment
  • Able to commute easily to Chessington, Surrey
