Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Lead to join our dynamic team at Aspect. In this role, you will be responsible for driving AI and machine learning initiatives across various projects, including the development of intelligent chatbots and robust data pipelines. You’ll have the opportunity to work with Salesforce CRM systems, integrate AI models, and leverage cloud technologies like AWS, GCP, and other cloud platforms to optimize performance and scalability.

As a Senior AI Engineer, you’ll be leading the design, development, and deployment of AI solutions that enhance business operations, improve customer experience, and support the expansion of our business. This is an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact on the future of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• AI & Machine Learning Development: Lead the development and deployment of AI-driven solutions to improve business processes, customer experiences, and operational efficiency.
• Salesforce Integration: Leverage your Salesforce expertise to build and integrate AI models into our CRM system, optimizing sales and service workflows.
• Chatbot Development: Design and develop intelligent chatbots using natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning to automate and improve customer interactions.
• Data Pipeline Architecture: Build and maintain efficient data pipelines for processing and managing large datasets, ensuring smooth data flow for AI model training, testing, and deployment.
• Cloud Infrastructure: Design and deploy AI and machine learning models on cloud platforms, including AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and other cloud environments. Ensure scalability, availability, and security of cloud-based solutions.
• Collaboration & Mentorship: Work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and business teams to deliver high-quality AI solutions. Mentor and guide junior engineers to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Reporting & Analytics: Use Tableau and other data visualization tools to present insights and recommendations based on AI findings, helping drive data-driven decision-making.
• SQL & Python: Use SQL for data extraction and analysis, and Python for building and deploying machine learning models, data pipelines, and automation scripts.
• AI Project Leadership: Lead AI and machine learning projects from concept to deployment, ensuring project deadlines and performance metrics are met.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor\’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, and data engineering, with a strong background in building chatbots and integrating with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce).
• Technical Skills:
• Strong experience with Salesforce CRM and tools within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Expertise in machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Proficiency in Python for developing AI models, data pipelines, and automation scripts.
• Expertise in SQL for querying large datasets and building database integrations.
• Experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and other cloud services for model deployment and infrastructure management.
• Hands-on experience in building and deploying chatbots with NLP capabilities.
• Proficiency in designing data pipelines and managing large-scale data processing workflows.
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to translate complex data and AI findings into actionable insights that drive business value.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Salesforce Einstein or other AI solutions within Salesforce.
• Familiarity with cloud-based infrastructure for machine learning model deployment and data storage.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
• DevOps experience with CI/CD pipelines for machine learning model deployment.
