About the Role:
We are seeking a business-savvy Solutions Analyst to support our pre-sales efforts by identifying customer pain points, aligning our SaaS solutions with client goals, and building ROI-driven value propositions. This role is instrumental in articulating how our solutions create measurable business impact, working closely with our Solutions Architect
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with Solutions Architect and Sales to understand client needs, challenges, and goals.
• Develop compelling ROI models, cost-benefit analyses, and value-based selling collateral.
• Translate customer pain points into tailored solution proposals and use cases.
• Conduct market and business research to support sales strategy.
• Support pre-sales engagements with data-backed storytelling and customer insights.
• Assist in RFPs, proposals, and value engineering exercises.
Requirements:
• 2–4 years of experience in a Solutions Analyst, Pre-sales, or Business Consulting role in a SaaS or tech environment.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of SaaS models and value metrics.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to turn numbers into narrative.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Gong).
