The Telecommunication Operators Engagement and Delivery Manager will spearhead strategic collaboration with Telecommunication Operators to deliver critical operational capabilities. This role will ensure the successful implementation of communications data systems and services that support the operational needs of law enforcement, intelligence agencies and other authorised users.
Scope: The role encompasses stakeholder engagement, programme delivery oversight, risk and issue management, and alignment with legal and regulatory frameworks. It involves working across government, industry, and technical delivery teams to ensure timely and effective implementation.
Objectives:
- Establish and maintain trusted relationships with key Telecommunication Operators.
- Ensure the successful delivery of new and enhanced communications data capabilities.
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and stakeholder collaboration.
Essential skills and experience:
