Inside IR35 Security Clearance: SC & Sole Uk National Essential: Sole UK National Experience with Public Contract Regulations, Defence and Security Public Contract Regulations. Worked in a commercial environment involving infrastructure works and soft and hard facilities management. Experience of NEC contracting, specifically Engineering Construction Contracts (ECC) and Professional Service Contracts (PSC), including an awareness of NEC 3 or 4 contracting. NEC 4 is preferred. Managing communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders will be required. Ability to communicate priorities and business plans to internal and external stakeholders whilst ensuring that all programmes and projects deliver to time, cost and quality. Public sector experience is preferred Background in one or more of the following:
