CLIENT is seeking an Interim Governance Manager to support the Company Secretary and Senior Governance Manager. Hybrid role with London or Birmingham on-site presence (3 days/week). You will help develop and improve corporate governance structures, maintaining accurate records and supporting board and committee meetings.

The role requires experience in company secretarial activities, governance processes, minute taking and action tracking, with a focus on risk minimisation and high-quality.
