CLIENT is seeking an Interim Governance Manager to support the Company Secretary and Senior Governance Manager.

Hybrid role with London or Birmingham on-site presence (3 days/week).

You will help develop and improve corporate governance structures, maintaining accurate records and supporting board and committee meetings.
