Essential:

- Risk Management Experience of preparing and reporting performance reports
- Ability to work to short deadlines and to prioritise accordingly, ensuring organisational tasks are carried out efficiently
- Planning and managing the effective use of resource
- Experience of managing professional relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
- Managing the RAIDO logs across the overall team and business
- Managing RISKS, dependencies, assumptions, project reporting, scheduling and updated as part of the process
- Managing strategies and plans as part of a busy role
- MSP Planning experience and skillset

The Role:
This role covers a diverse range of activities to support the delivery of the project’s objectives. The role enables the smooth running of the project by supporting the team through the hygiene factors that keep a project running smoothly. These include, but are not limited to RAIDO, planning, scheduling, progress reporting and tracking stakeholder engagement.
Will be carrying out all the RAIDO work, scheduling updates and keeping the project reporting up to date. On-site working at least 4 days a week is required due to the IT systems needed, but flexible hours may be possible.
Responsibilities:
- Planning and scheduling – Implement and maintain appropriate systems to enable effective planning and scheduling
- Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies and Opportunities (RAIDO) – Manage potential risk areas, working with risk managers and escalating as appropriate.
- Monitoring and reporting – Maintain project controls, keeping the project manager aware of the project status. Prepare project performance reports, presenting statistics and researching new information
- Stakeholder – Manage professional relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, and act as lead point of contact for some external parties. Draft and sign-off correspondence
- Admin – Ensure organisational tasks are carried out efficiently. Manage and monitor compliance of the project with Departmental Security, Health & Safety, Equality & Diversity, Business Continuity and Business Planning.
As a Risk Manager, your main responsibilities will be:
- Conduct risk assessments across projects, programmes, and business operations.
- Identify strategic, operational, financial, commercial, security, and safety risks.
- Capture emerging risks and opportunities that may affect delivery objectives.
- Ensure risks are accurately recorded, reviewed, and updated.
- Monitor risk trends and risk exposure across portfolios and programmes.
