Job Description We are seeking dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service Advisors to join our team. These roles involve providing excellent customer service, handling inquiries, and processing bookings. We have various full-time, permanent positions available with a range of shift patterns to suit different needs.

Key Responsibilities:

* Answer incoming calls and emails from customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

* Process booking requests, ensuring accurate data entry and scheduling.

* Identify and resolve customer issues, escalating complex problems to the appropriate team members.

* Effectively communicate with customers, providing clear and concise information.

* Maintain accurate records and reports related to customer interactions and bookings.

About You

You’ll have at least 2 years of customer support, relationship management or account management experience. Having structure in the way you work and being well organised are essential qualities.

You’ll be able to identify potential problems before acting to prevent them from happening. You’ll take pride in resolving issues raised by customers efficiently. Showing empathy and understanding a situation from someone else’s perspective is an important quality.

You’ll have strong communication skills. You’ve got a proven history of developing working relationships, and you’ll be confident instructing tradespeople and suppliers. Communicating clearly, listening carefully, and writing detailed instructions are second nature to you.

Experience within a maintenance trade is preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £26,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

Schedule:

* 10 hour shift (Friday – Monday, specific hours not defined)

* Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm

* Monday to Friday 1 pm to 10 pm

* Friday – Monday 8 am to 5 pm Saturday & Sunday 9 am to 9 pm (Weekend shift)

Experience:

* Cold calling: 1 year (preferred)

* Customer service: 2 years (required)
