We do this 24/7.\\nThe Role/ Duties\\nOur team provide a full range of drainage and plumbing services to residential and commercial property owners. We aim to finish a job in one visit so, as an Aspect engineer, you’ll source parts, make repairs and quote for any further work required.\\nYou’ll be provided with confirmed bookings that relate to your specific expertise, on a constant basis.

You’ll earn for your time on-site, plus time for parts/materials collection. Typical bookings include:\\n * Repairing damaged drains using methods such as drain lining and patch repair work\\n * Clearing blockages from toilets, soil pipes, sinks, and shower and bath drains\\n * CCTV drainage mapping and surveys\\n * Fixing taps, sinks, toilets, and showers\\n * Installing new pumps and replacing broken ones\\n * Running pipework for washing machines and dishwashers\\n * Repairing toilet flush mechanisms\\nClear communication with customers is essential. You’ll be expected to provide reassurance by explaining the work you’ll do for them and sharing your knowledge.

You’ll also be confident quoting for remedial work. Our bespoke software enables tradespeople to take responsibility for managing their own work rather than always relying on office-based support.\\nYou’ll be supported by an office-based Technical Manager. They’ll provide advice and assistance and can arrange additional resource on jobs that escalate in size and complexity.\\nWe try to provide engineers with bookings in the same geographic area.

However, you’ll be prepared to travel anywhere in and around the M25 but, due to our company expansion we will keep you as close to home as possible. You’ll be required to be on call for cyclical evening and weekend coverage.\\nAbout you\\nYou’ll have at least 5 years of experience in both drainage and plumbing and good technical knowledge of a wide range of relevant parts and materials. Ideally, you’ll hold a CSCS card and you’ll have experience working in both domestic and commercial properties.\\nYou will be confident at using your knowledge and experience to recommend best practice remedial work.

You’ll have excellent communication skills and experience in providing detailed scope of works and fixed price quotes. You’re prepared to go the extra mile to help a customer. You take pride in always delivering high-quality work and excellent customer service.\\nYou’ll have your own hand tools; we’ll supply specialist equipment such as a drain jetter and CCTV camera.
