Aspect Housing and Support LTD is a Birmingham-based Support Services Provider working with Supported Housing Providers to empower vulnerable adults. We support individuals facing challenges such as mental health issues, substance misuse, offending history, financial hardship, and physical health conditions. We’re looking for experienced, compassionate Support Workers to join our growing team and make a real difference in people’s lives.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide 1 hour of person-centred support per service user each week
  • Conduct weekly well-being checks
  • Help residents build life skills: budgeting, money management, shopping, mental health, and more
  • Promote independence and support residents toward independent living
  • Keep accurate digital records using our easy-to-use mobile/web app
  • Collaborate with management and external professionals

What We’re Looking For

  • 1+ year experience supporting vulnerable adults
  • Confident using smartphones and digital systems
  • Enhanced DBS (or willing to apply)
  • Access to your own vehicle and the ability to travel across Birmingham
  • Excellent communication, empathy, and reliability
  • Level 2+ in Health & Social Care (preferred)
  • Experience with Supported Exempt Housing or RSL frameworks (ideal)
