Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit an experienced and proactive Housing Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance department and oversee the day-to-day management of our property portfolio. About the Role
As the Housing Maintenance Manager, you will oversee maintenance operations across our exempt supported accommodation services throughout Birmingham. You will manage a portfolio of properties, lead a dedicated maintenance team, coordinate contractors, and ensure all homes remain safe, compliant, and maintained to the highest possible standard. This role requires excellent leadership, organisational and administrative skills, along with the ability to travel.
