Aspect Housing is seeking a Housing Maintenance Manager in Birmingham to lead the maintenance department across exempt supported accommodation. You will oversee a portfolio of properties, manage a dedicated team, coordinate contractors and ensure homes are safe, compliant and well-maintained.
The role requires strong leadership, excellent organisational skills and the ability to travel between Birmingham properties. Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm with a 35-hour week and a competitive hourly rate.
