About the Role
As a Disability Assessor, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals applying for Personal Independence Payment (PIP) as part of the DWP's Health Assessment and Advisory Services (HAAS). - Understanding how disabilities and health challenges affect claimants' daily lives.
- Completing detailed and empathetic assessments (over the phone, video, or face-to-face) from both home and an assessment centre.
- Interpreting medical evidence and compiling comprehensive reports to support DWP's decision-making process.
