What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead & Inspire: Take full operational ownership of our Property Services Division, guiding teams to deliver outstanding results.
- Strategic Oversight: Manage resources, schedules, and budgets across multiple workstreams to ensure smooth, efficient delivery.
- Managing Monthly CVR’s and P & L accountability: Measure, manage, report contract cost, value reconciliation and divisional P & L performance
- Team Builder: Recruit, develop, and support a high-performing team — from apprentices to seasoned professionals.
- Client Champion: Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and promoting our brand.
- Quality Focused: Drive zero-defect handovers and maintain the highest standards in health, safety, and environmental practices.
- Innovate & Grow: Identify new opportunities, improve service delivery, and contribute to winning bids and expanding our client base.
