We’re looking for a Project Support Officer (PSO) to join our Aspect Ecology team in Banbury. This is an office-based role, supporting our Ecologists deliver projects efficiently, particularly when it comes to managing project finances and invoicing. You’ll be part of a small and dedicated team, supporting project managers by setting up and maintaining project records, tracking finances, and liaising with our finance team to ensure everything runs on time and to plan.
This role will suit someone with an administrative, finance or business support background who enjoys structure and takes pride in their work, you will be supported to gain project management experience. We also require someone with a good eye for detail, hopefully you have read this far as for your application to be fully reviewed when you apply you will need to add a covering note explaining why this role appeals and how long your commute to Banbury would take. To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
