Aspect Aluminium is a leading supplier and installer of premium glazing systems throughout South Wales and the South West. We specialise primarily in high-end residential and private sector projects, working closely with homeowners, builders, architects, and developers, whilst also undertaking selected commercial projects.

Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated Estimator to join our Swansea-based team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with estimating experience within the construction, glazing, windows and doors, or façade industry who is looking to develop their career within a growing business.

The role will involve:

  • Preparing accurate quotations and estimates for residential and commercial glazing projects.
  • Reviewing architectural drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
  • Producing window and door schedules.
  • Liaising with suppliers and manufacturers regarding pricing and technical requirements.
  • Meeting customers in our Swansea showroom to discuss project requirements and provide product advice.
  • Supporting homeowners, builders, architects, and developers throughout the quotation process.
  • Assisting with project handovers following order confirmation.
  • Maintaining accurate quotation records and documentation.

About You

  • Previous estimating experience within construction, glazing, windows and doors, façades, or a related industry.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Knowledge of aluminium glazing systems would be advantageous but is not essential, as training will be provided.
