Aspcold Limited is entering a significant phase of growth, and we are seeking an outstanding Chief Executive Officer to help shape and scale the business. Working closely with the Founder, you will build the leadership team, commercial capability, and operational structure required to scale our leasing-based engineering model within the UK water industry and prepare the company for future IPO readiness. The Opportunity
This is a high-impact CEO role in a scaling business, responsible for transforming a strong technical and commercial foundation into a structured, investment-ready organisation. You will lead across strategy, commercial growth, governance, and operational performance, working closely with the Founder and Board.
Your Role
- Shape and execute Aspcold’s long-term growth strategy
- Build and lead a high-performing leadership team across all functions
- Expand commercial activity across UK water utilities and framework customers
- Develop, negotiate, and scale leasing-based commercial and contract structures
- Drive governance, reporting, and operational systems for IPO readiness
- Strengthen relationships with shareholders, customers, and strategic partners
- Oversee overall operational performance and organisational development
What You Bring
- We’re looking for a leader who combines strong engineering sector experience with commercial depth and the ability to scale organisations.
- Senior leadership experience (CEO, MD, COO, or Commercial Director level)
- Proven experience supplying engineering equipment or technical solutions to UK water companies
- Strong background in contract development, negotiation, and leasing or asset-based models
