The brands now benefit from ASOS infrastructure and resources while enjoying the creative freedom and agility of standalone brands. The next 12 months for TOPSHOP and TOPMAN will see the expansion of the brands’ offline and online retail presence.
Wholesale Merchandising Assistants are integral to the success of running the wholesale business within Topshop Topman, supporting the Wholesale team to deliver internal and partner despatch targets. The role directly supports the Merchandising team to ensure effective order tracking and on time delivery to partners, alongside supporting the Business Management team with the outbound process and working alongside commercial teams.
You will be responsible for:
- Managing partner order book, ensuring records are accurately maintained.
- Monitoring wholesale intake and reviewing stock on hand daily.
- Supporting the Wholesale Merchandiser to manage the allocation process.
- Issuing pick instruction of partner orders and tracking the orders up until they leave the warehouse.
- Maintaining the log of daily picks ensuring data is up to date and accurate.
- Developing and building strong relationships with external wholesale partners and commercial buying teams.
- Gaining a good working knowledge of ASOS systems including Delivery Schedule and Power BI to identify, manage and feedback on wholesale stock highlighting risks to pick/despatch.
- Supporting Wholesale Merchandiser with reporting, interpreting data to provide clear summaries and running analysis to support trade meetings.
- Contributing to team and external meetings, following up on actions and updating team.
- Ensuring all merchandising team deadlines are met and completed, producing meaningful analysis to support Wholesale Merchandiser.
- Maintaining awareness of company and division KPIs for the season.

- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Strong system skills, in particular MS Office.
