Job Description
We are seeking a data‑driven, commercially‑minded merchandiser to optimise our wholesale business. The role will involve strategically driving the business through effective planning, trading and working collaboratively with commercial B & M teams, Wholesale Account Managers, finance and supply chain to achieve commercially successful outcomes for our Partners whilst driving profitability.
You will be responsible for:
- Working to deliver partner budgets and Internal despatch targets by managing and tracking partner orders.
- Working alongside Wholesale Account Managers to ensure Partners budgets are achieved whilst offering a commercial range.
- Taking into account OTB, Options, price, margin and ALB.
- Owners of wholesale order book and partner trackers.
- Manage the allocation strategy across partners through to the despatch of product.
- Regular analysis & reporting of partner performance and despatch to maximise commercial opportunities.
- Communicating any risk to targets effectively and proposing solutions.
- Regularly meeting partners to develop and build strong relationships and ensure that key messages and movements in plans are communicated clearly.
- Working collaboratively cross functionally to innovate solutions and processes.
- Providing an appropriate level of data analysis and insights that can be shared with relevant teams to aid decision making and gain buy in for ideas.
- Developing short term and long‑term wholesale partner strategies with the wider team to maximise profit.
- Driving, adapting and adjusting the strategy in season based on performance.
- Resolving issues that may arise and working collaboratively with relevant teams to come up with effective solutions.
- Seeking opportunities to continuously improve ways of working and use of systems to trade more effectively, sharing newfound knowledge with the team.
- Managing and reporting business intake.
- Build internal network with Key stakeholders covering Supply Chain, Commercial B&M, finance, exports & tech.

Qualifications
- A track record of success in merchandising.
- Proactive, inquisitive, analytical, results‑oriented and experienced in utilising data to drive commercial decision‑making.
- Strong communication and relationship building skills, with the ability to influence senior business stakeholders confidently.
- A fast thinker, who works proactively to achieve stretch goals, in a dynamic and fast‑paced environment.
- Strong system skills, including advanced Excel and relevant trading systems.
- A highly motivated team player.
