Following the formation of a joint venture between ASOS and HEARTLAND in October 2024, ASOS is creating a standalone, cross-functional team dedicated to unlocking the growth potential of TOPSHOP and TOPMAN.

We are seeking a data-driven, commercially-minded trading manager to optimize our customer experience and sales performance on Topshop.com. The role involves understanding our trading performance, responding to changes in customer behavior through insight and analysis, and making informed trading decisions to minimize risk and seize opportunities. This position is based in our London HQ, reporting to the Global Head of Trading, TOPSHOP & TOPMAN, and working closely with the TSTM Product, Marketing, and Performance & Insights teams.

You will be responsible for:

  • Forecasting, monitoring, analyzing, and explaining KPI trajectories.
  • Identifying risks and opportunities within KPIs, recommending operational actions, and overseeing testing of these actions.
  • Analyzing and optimizing our proposition by market.
  • Ensuring the successful implementation of pricing and promotional strategies.
  • Collaborating with the brand and digital marketing teams to optimize marketing activities and spend regionally.
  • Providing insights and recommendations based on local market, industry, and peer performance analysis.
  • Staying updated with innovations in ecommerce, online fashion retailing, and logistics that could impact trade performance.
