It ensures talent activity is culturally relevant, commercially connected, operationally smooth and aligned to ASOS’s role as The Stylist.
Why this role matters

The Talent Manager helps ensure the right people are connected to the right moments, with the right brief, product, usage, channel plan and follow-through. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands creators, fashion, social platforms and cultural relevance, while also being highly organised, commercially aware and confident managing multiple workstreams at pace.

- Translate the Talent strategy into clear execution plans, timelines, briefs, deliverables and stakeholder actions.
- Support talent sourcing, shortlisting, outreach, onboarding, negotiation, scheduling, approvals and campaign fulfilment.
- Ensure all activity feels authentic, social-first and aligned to ASOS’s brand direction, audience and creative standards.
- Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, influencers, stylists, agents, VIPs, industry contacts and agency partners.
- Represent ASOS externally with professionalism, cultural awareness and strong brand judgement.
- Support long-term relationship building so talent activity compounds over time and strengthens advocacy for ASOS.
- Identify emerging creators, tastemakers and cultural voices who can help ASOS show up in the right conversations.
- Campaign, Social and Brand Heat Integration
- Partner with Brand Marketing, Social, Editorial, PR, Creative, Media and Commercial teams to integrate talent into campaign and content plans.
- Support the development of platform-first talent ideas that can drive reach, engagement, saveability, shareability and talkability.
- Manage talent requirements across shoots, launches, events, reactive moments, product stories and social-first activations.
- Ensure talent content is delivered on time, to brief and with the right usage, disclosure and approval process in place.
- Operations, Governance and Budget Support
- Manage the operational detail of talent activity, including briefs, contracts, POs, invoices, usage, product requests, logistics and trackers.
- Maintain accurate talent databases, campaign documents, reporting trackers and status updates.
- Support budget management across talent fees, gifting, agency costs, production support and amplification requirements.
- Escalate risks, blockers and opportunities early, ensuring the wider team has visibility of decisions and dependencies.
- Reporting, Insight and Optimisation
- Track and report on talent performance across reach, engagement, content delivery, earned visibility, campaign support and brand relevance.
- Use performance data, social listening and cultural insight to identify what is working and where activity should be optimised.
- Share learnings with Talent, Brand, Social, PR and Media teams to improve future briefs, talent selection and activation planning.
- Monitor competitor activity, platform trends and creator behaviour to keep ASOS close to culture.
